How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?
You'll see the delivery options and costs for your country at checkout, before you pay.
Why 0.85 kg instead of 1 kg?
Our standard spool holds 0.85 kg of filament. To compare with other brands, compare the price per kilo.
Which print settings should I use?
Settings depend on your printer. Send us your printer model and we'll help you dial them in.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We offer volume pricing for print farms and businesses. Contact us with the materials and quantities you need.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused spools in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. If a spool is defective, we'll replace it or refund you, usually without you having to send it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
